1. Services
Patheazylabs.com is a platform that connects patients with diagnostic laboratory (Patheasy Diagnostics Pvt Ltd) for booking lab tests with home sample collection. We act as an intermediary — actual testing is performed by our partner laboratories.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You may book tests for family members of any age through your account.
3. Bookings & Payments
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations are accepted up to 2 hours before the scheduled collection time. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. No refunds after sample collection.
5. Reports
Test reports are generated by our partner laboratories and made available through the platform. Report delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Reports are for informational purposes and do not constitute medical advice.
6. Limitation of Liability
Patheazy is not a healthcare provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for interpretation of test results.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow.
