How do I book a test?
Browse our test catalog, add tests to your cart, proceed to checkout, select a family member, address, date and time slot, and complete payment.
How does home sample collection work?
After booking, our trained phlebotomist will visit your address at the scheduled time to collect samples. Please ensure someone is available at the address.
When will I get my report?
Report delivery time varies by test. You can check the estimated TAT (Turn Around Time) on each test's detail page. You'll receive a notification when your report is ready.
How do I download my report?
Go to My Account > Reports, enter your booking number and phone number, and download available reports.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Please contact our support team at least 2 hours before the scheduled collection time to cancel or reschedule.
Is fasting required for my test?
Fasting requirements vary by test. Check the 'Preparation' section on the test detail page for specific instructions.
How is my payment processed?
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
Can I book tests for my family members?
Yes! Add family members in your account profile, then assign them to specific tests during checkout.
